How much is the deposit to reserve a vehicle?

We require a minimum $200, non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. The remainder of the balance is due at least 7 days before the reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unplanned events happen and cancellation is necessary. The $200 deposit is non-refundable and all reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation will be charged 100% of the amount.

Can I obtain a contract for my reservation?

Certainly. An invoice and contract is generated immediately after payment of the $200 deposit. An electronic invoice and contract will be emailed to you.

Are the pictures of the vehicles featured on your website your actual vehicles?

Yes! We really own and offer these rare beauties. Don’t be fooled by other transportation companies that don’t have actual and recent photos of their vehicles.

What happens if the car I reserved has a problem and cannot make it to my wedding?

One of our core values is Reliability. It is a vary rare event that our vehicles run into issues and has never happened before. However, with any transportation company, this is an unfortunate risk. Nevertheless, we will send you another vehicle in our magnificent fleet at a discounted rate, or give you a full refund including your deposit.

My wedding is not in Orlando, do you service my area?

Call us at 407-809-5655 and let us know where your wedding is! We have serviced weddings all over the state of Florida. Please note that a distance surcharge may apply depending on the location.

How many passengers can your luxury vehicles carry?

Depending on the vehicle you choose the passenger limit will vary. Please visit our Fleet page to get detailed information about every single vehicle, or simply call us at 407-809-5655.

Is red-carpet service available?

Yes – we want to spoil you! All our vehicles are equipped with a complimentary red-carpet that our drivers will provide for your use at anytime.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t worry if it rains, all our vehicles are equipped with large umbrellas. We cannot offer any refunds or discounts for weather related issues.

How far in advance should I book my vehicle for my wedding/ event?

Like with most wedding reservations, as soon as possible, but best to do so after you have confirmed your wedding date and venue/s. Most clients book quite early for our specialty, luxury wedding vehicles.

What are your hourly rates?

Depending on the vehicle and location of your wedding or event, rates will vary. Please call us at 407-809-5655 to receive a quote.

How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?

We can include the driver’s gratuity as part of your total invoice or you can tip him in cash after the job.

I would like to add additional time to my reservation on the day of my wedding or event, is it possible?

Yes, if the vehicle is available for the additional time on the day of your wedding or event. Additional hourly rates range from $175- $200 per hour. Your chauffeur will inform you on the rate for the additional time requested on the day of your wedding or event. Payment can be in cash to your chauffeur on the day of or Wedding Cars will charge your credit card for the specified amount.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles not only by federal law but by our company policy in keeping our vehicles pristine. All illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles, including but not limited to, drugs and underage drinking.

What if I, or someone else in my party, causes damage to the limo?

Damage caused by any client to any of our vehicles will result in the client taking full responsibility by paying the necessary costs of repair or sanitation services. This charge may be paid by either credit card or cash.
